Video: Justin Bieber Speaks Out on Bullying

Justin Bieber makes a surprise appearance on today's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Not only does he teach her how to do one of his favorite dances, the Dougie, he talks about being a victim of bullying. "There are so many bullies," he says. "It goes on so much. Everybody goes through bullying -- even me."
